National EUO LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information obtained through your use of our Sites and Services. It also describes your rights and choices with respect to your personal information and how you may exercise those rights.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

1.3 Information from Third-Party Service Providers

  • GetResponse — email marketing, lead capture, and form processing. Information submitted through our forms is processed and stored by GetResponse subject to their privacy policy available at getresponse.com.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — website analytics and user behavior tracking.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — for secure delivery and operation of our Sites and Services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through our Sites.

1.4 Statement Transcripts and User-Uploaded Content

If you upload a recorded statement transcript or any other document to use our dAnI diagnostic and coaching tool, the following applies:

  • Your transcript is processed solely for the purpose of generating your diagnostic report and coaching session output.
  • Transcripts are processed securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
  • Transcripts are not retained by National EUO LLC beyond the duration of your active session, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
  • We do not use transcript content to train, improve, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models without your express written consent.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary authorizations, consents, and legal rights to upload and process the content of any transcript.

1.5 Enterprise and Organizational Data

If you are accessing our Services on behalf of an organization, enterprise, or corporate entity ("Enterprise User"), you represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide such information on behalf of that entity and to bind that entity to this Privacy Policy. Enterprise Users may be subject to additional data processing agreements or enterprise privacy terms as negotiated with National EUO LLC.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected through our Sites and Services for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and fulfill service requests
  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Sites, tools, and Services
  • To deliver diagnostic reports, coaching outputs, and training content

Statement transcripts uploaded to the dAnI tool are not retained after your session ends unless you have entered into a written agreement with us specifying otherwise.

We implement and maintain reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit, access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may afford you additional rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA rights. 10. International Data Transfers

Our Sites and Services are operated in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information you provide to us may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using our Sites or Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Sites and Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
