Access to the SOS program and dAnI platform is granted solely to authorized users who have completed the required enrollment or opt-in process. You may not share or transfer access credentials to any unauthorized third party.
By uploading any statement transcript, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to upload and process such content, that doing so does not violate any applicable law or obligation, and that you have obtained all required consents from individuals whose information appears in the transcript.
You agree not to upload any content that is legally privileged without authorization, contains classified information, infringes third-party intellectual property rights, violates any privacy law, or contains personally identifiable information of minors.
You retain ownership of any transcript or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant National EUO LLC a limited license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the requested Services.
The dAnI diagnostic tool, training platform, and all outputs are provided for professional development and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Sites or Services constitutes legal advice, claims handling guidance, or a guarantee of any specific outcome. You are solely responsible for any decisions made in reliance on the Services.
You agree to use the Sites and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Sites or Services in any manner that could harm, disable, or impair the Sites or Services or interfere with any other party's use.
